Product Description DESCRIPTION Kincrome Punches & Chisels are manufactured from hardened and tempered top grade Chrome Vanadium Steel. This increases strength and durability, allowing them to be the perfect balance of tough but not brittle. Kincrome starter punches are shorter versions of a taper punch. Their primary purpose is to align holes prior to a fastener or rivet being inserted, but they can be used for driving out pins, rivets or fasteners. The knurled finish also ensures maximum grip and avoids movement while the punch is being struck. The strength the taper provides makes it one of the most useful, all-round punches.
